A River Festival at Carmarthen
(South Wales) is planned for the Summer of 2005
All aspects of skin-covered watercraft will be displayed and demonstrated.
In particular Irish Currach makers and users are cordially invited to attend.
Funding is being sought for those that live and work in the following Irish Counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny.
£100.00 Prize + Novices Cup
Meet up in the Jolly Tar for a few beers (before and after the races)
Races start at 5.30pm
(And stop when the tide is too stong)
